Colors Heal by Valerie Cheers Brown

Maybe I am wrong, but I don't see anything remotely resembling the open air market and free trade happening for many years after a collapse.

“There are ways to get ourselves out of poverty and off of the streets too!”

“What if we had products which we could barter for produce?”

“What if we began raising our own chickens to produce healthy eggs..both brown (good for baking) white (good for eating).”

“It may sound strange to suggest that we raise our own chickens.”

“There are many things right before us which God provides for us right in our backyards and even front yards and grow each and every season.”

“Did you know that things don’t just grow in the Spring.”

“Have you ever watched the plants which grow in our very own yards and how often they come back is awful amazing!”

“Do you know the laws about raising certain foods in our own backyards?”

“By growing our own food…we can sell what we grow to our community.”

“You can start to partner with local farmers and partner with neighborhood mom and pop stores who may not sell produce.”

“We can help our local farmers by partnering and purchasing from them and can become lifetime partners and help one another and trade with each other.”

“We can learn how to trade or barter in our communities and get what we need this way.”

“Have you seen purple potatoes in the grocery store?”

“Did you know if eaten, would help many not to have high blood pressure?”

“Have you actually researched fruits and vegetables to see what illnesses they may help or even prevent us from getting as we get older?”

“Did you know that if you researched your medication which you take….you can find out what and how that pill is supposed to help us and get yourself off of by replacing things we eat to give you what you need for a healthier life.”

“Anything God grows heals and there are colors for different diseases and illnesses!”

“When God took two of every kind onto Noah’s ark, he meant for us to have two of every kind and when you look around we have more than one of everything we touch if you research.”

“When it comes to produce, there are colors which help with our bodies healing and those colors have healing powers.”

“Colors have special healing powers and energies.”

“The U.S. Department of Agriculture recommends eating at least five to nine servings per day of fruits and vegetables. However, the amount of vegetables you eat isn’t the only thing you need to take into consideration.”

“You also need to attempt to consume fruits and vegetables in a variety of different colors. This is because the different colors of fruits and vegetables indicate the different nutrients they contain.”

“Consuming a rainbow of fruits and vegetables helps insure you get enough of the different nutrients you need for good health.”
