The body is held together by sound.  The presence of disease indicates that some sound have gone out of tune. ~ Deepak Chopra ~

In Ayurveda, sensory impressions are considered crucial to health. Dr. Deepak Chopra says, “Just as the food we eat creates our bodily tissues, our sensory impressions determine the quality of our thoughts and emotions.”

And, “If we want greater physical and emotional well-being, we can use sounds, feelings, sights, tastes, and smells to balance and heal our selves.”

According to Dr. Deepak Chopra, “Ayurveda recognizes that music is a valuable therapeutic tool for balance and healing.”

He also states “The particular sounds that will advantage you most depend a brain arrangement at the forefront of your thoughts body sort, known as your dosha in Ayurveda. In the event that you don’t have a clue about your dosha.”

At the Chopra Center’s Perfect Health program, patients learn how to awaken their inner pharmacy using the tools of the five senses. Here are a few suggestions that you can use in your own daily routine.

Sound Therapy

“If you feel refreshed, joyful, and alert, the music is working each sound has a physiological impact. When you listen to a delightful bit of music or motivational words, a course of joy delivering chemicals course through your body, supporting wellbeing and wholeness. Interestingly, investigations of urban situations demonstrate that individuals subjected to continuous clamor contamination will probably experience the ill effects of anxiety and brought down safe capacity.”

So music has and plays a very big impact on our bodies, mind and soul which it makes it amazingly incredible for healing many diseases and illnesses.

Healing Sights

Encompassing yourself with pictures or beautiful art uplifts and inspires your soul which is as vital for your wellbeing as nutritious nourishment. Investing energy in nature is mending for your brain, body, and soul. When you see a dazzling nightfall, investigate the eyes of your adored, or see a radiant painting, you develop the force of your internal drug store.

The most primitive of the senses, smell connects us directly with our memories, emotions, and instincts. When we smell something, we are actually absorbing some of its molecules, making aromatherapy a form of natural medicine. Here are some specific suggestions for balancing fragrances which invigorate, cool and calm us.

Dr. Chopra states, “You can also use a process known as neuro-associative conditioning to consciously link a healing response to a given smell. First choose a favorite aroma and inhale it whenever you are feeling relaxed, calm or happy. Your body will begin to associate pleasurable feelings with the smell. Before long, just a hint of the fragrance will invoke your inner healing response.”

Each sound has a physiological impact. When you listen to a wonderful bit of music or motivational words, a course of delight creating chemicals course through your body, supporting wellbeing and wholeness. The Sense of Taste

Ayurveda classifies nourishment into six tastes: sweet, sharp, salty, impactful, biting, and astringent. Each of the tastes uniquely affects our psyche body physiology and gives the flavor that makes eating a joy. If you incorporate the six tastes in a feast, you will get the supplements you require and will feel totally fulfilled and stimulated. In the event that one or a greater amount of the tastes are absent from a supper, on the other hand, you may feel full yet unsatisfied and end up nibbling two hours after the fact.

Touch is principle to well-being and prosperity. At the point when your skin is invigorated by cherishing touch or back rub, it discharges numerous recuperating chemicals that upgrade resistant capacity, enhance course, and advance soothing rest.

This where I truly do believe our world would be a much better place if would utilize beautiful music to boost our five senses which God so graciously created in man.

Music can cure so many things and can help many disease and illnesses for all people in this world. We can begin to heal many people if we only work with what we have and start clinical trials or studies. This is why it is so important that we participate with clinical studies to prove that these methods work and actually are a step closer to healing our world or at least trying and giving the sick, those who suffer with debilitating and crippling illnesses such as our kids taking all of those medications for ADD and ADHD & even AUSTISM. Music can also help a pregnant mother while she is pregnant and for a better and easier child-birth without the use of unnecessary c-sections.

We as Americans, are always wanting to rush things  and want things to happen way to fast in us as human time, and not in God’s time. When things happen on their own over a period of God time, they can be so beautiful, even the pain of having a baby during natural childbirth and the pain can & will help with helping to make us stronger humans which we can pass on to our children.

Things can be so beautiful when we wait on God and let them happen in His time and not ours. I do feel sometimes, we are own madness for our own non-ethical methods in this world.

Yes, there are times when emergency procedures are necessary, but they should be few and far in between, and should help us learn how important it is to take care of our own bodies for our soul and minds to work and function properly.

Music is the anecdote to many problems which we have in this world and even could be used to improve productivity at the job place and lower absenteeism.

Music can also help our elderly and help them not lose their memories and music has been proven to work on the brain and the mind is what goes first when we don’t keep familiar things in our lives and presence.

One cannot say that spirit is good and matter evil, as if the Fall tainted only the material world. The original sin effected both spirit and matter. 2 Corinthians speaks of defilement of flesh and spirit (7:1).

  • The human spirit became deprived of grace, the mind became darkened and the will weakened
so that good deeds became difficult and evil ones easy.
  • The body was afflicted by disordered passions, disease, aging, death and decay.

Yet despite all this, evil never becomes “essential” to creation. Sin did not totally corrupt creation, either spiritual or material, for it does not have such power. All things which God made are essentially good, and evil cannot alter that fact. Even the devil, who has utterly abandoned himself to evil, possesses existence, intelligence, free will and other things given him by God in the beginning. So whereas God is perfect Goodness, devoid of all evil, the devil is not “perfect evil”, devoid of all good things.

What can we say about a world which was created with the tools which we need and are right here in our presence, yet, man insists on using manmade medicines, treatments and/or unnecessary surgeries?

In conclusion, our five senses–sight, hearing, touch, taste and smell–seem to work autonomously, as five particular methods of seeing the world. In all actuality, then again, they work together nearly to empower the mind to better comprehend its environment. We can become aware of this collaboration under special circumstances if man will only allow and use what we have been given right here on this beautiful earth.
