Good is Now by Valerie Cheers Brown

Do you ever feel like because of our health we can only do certain things?

Our body alerts us of when we do too much immediately and it is up to us to pay attention to the right now for the now.

Everyone has a need for completion or full satisfaction but do we think about the now?

The now is what is important and we don’t appreciate this until it is too late sometimes.

We always think about the future when what is so important is this instance, right now and really is all that matters and the rest will come when it does.

At the point when a man understands that no outer interest or obtaining is going to give genuine fulfillment, there’s stand out remaining probability, and that is going inside to discover what one’s hunting down.

Contemplation is the procedure of going inside, which eventually prompts disclosure of our genuine self, our actual condition of being  and the end of the sentiment being inadequate.

You don’t walk down that road alone.

When not feeling well I have to get outside and enjoy the now and the nature of the world waiting for us.

I truly do believe this is what nature is for helping us to feel better and just listening, walking, or sitting and being still taking advantage of the now and soaking it in the beauty of nature is an awesome feeling for our mind, body & soul!

When I take advantage of what God has created I feel so much better and thanks to Mother Nature’s medicine life of living!

Rest and relaxation are necessary ingredients for a healthy life, but to be a process of self-inquiry, meditation needs to be confrontational not restful. It also needs to be observational and we can do this by observing nature.

If I have never learned anything I learned from Eckart Tolle’s book, “The Power of Now,” That it is possible to stop struggling in your life, and find joy and fulfillment in this moment, and no other.”

“The nature of spiritual awakening is frequently misunderstood. The adoption of spiritual beliefs, seeing visions of God or celestial beings, the ability to channel, to heal, to foretell the future, or other paranormal powers – all such phenomena are of value and are not to be dismissed, but none of them is in itself indicative of spiritual awakening in a person who experiences them. They may occur in a person who has not awakened spiritually and they may or may not accompany the awakened state.”

Enjoy the greatest adventure a human being can be engaged in: to be part of the emergence of a new consciousness.

I am not trapped. I am free. I am well! Don’t let someone else decide what your body can and can not do!

And most importantly, be well!
