We as new mother’s may just need to be taught how important it is how we treat our body before, during and after having our baby.
The baby’s first nourishment depends on the mother’s breast milk and is important not only for the baby but also is a way of the mother’s healing her own body as well giving healing milk to your baby.
According to PaleoLeap, “Being the first nourishment a newborn gets and one that kick-starts its growth, mother’s milk is loaded with nutrients, saturated fats, beneficial bacteria, essential fatty acids, proteins and carbs. It’s very insulin promoting and this is due to the fact that it’s growth promoting. In this sense, someone trying to gain weight and NOT having autoimmune, acne or insulin sensitivity related issues could benefit from dairy in his weight gain program.”
It is no wonder why so many babies are so sick and that first milk should be from that mother’s breast and mother’s have got to get more serious if we want to begin to producing healthy children in this world.
We as humans must begin to realize how important a mother’s breast milk is for our babies.
Did you know that animals won’t let their babies get away until they have had all of their breast milk and this makes them strong and also self-sufficient.
We as humans can learn a lot from animals when it comes to milk for their babies and how important it is for them and their growing up and being able to fen for themselves. I really do believe when humans breastfeed it helps in making the baby strong and self-sufficient leaders and strong-willed adults. I have not seen proof but from being one who was breastfed and also breastfed my daughter I know it is true.
We know how important milk is for babies. It is a rich blend of nutrients and protective chemicals that is essential for a baby’s development, so why don’t we nurture our body’s before, during and afterward when we know we are planning to have children?
“In the entire animal kingdom, only one group of animals produce milk for their young: the mammals, the group we belong to. Mammalian milk is called “true milk”.
“However, a few other animals produce secretions for their babies that strongly resemble milk” according to BBC.
You would be surprised to see all of God’s creatures who take milk feeding their babies more importantly than we humans do. To take a closer look peep in on: http://www.bbc.com/earth/story/20151016-five-animals-you-never-knew-make-milk-for-their-babies
According to the Department of Health Information for a Healthy New York, “Breast milk also keeps baby healthy.”
Why is Breastfeeding Important for Your Baby and please feel free to pass this along:
Breast milk helps keep your baby healthy.
- It supplies all the necessary nutrients in the proper proportions.
- It protects against allergies, sickness, and obesity.
- It protects against diseases, like diabetes and cancer.
- It protects against infections, like ear infections.
- It is easily digested – no constipation, diarrhea or upset stomach.
- Babies have healthier weights as they grow.
- Breastfed babies score higher on IQ tests.
Breast milk changes constantly to meet babies’ needs.
The milk changes in volume and composition according to the time of day, nursing frequency, and age of baby to promote healthy growth. Breast milk is the perfect food for your baby.
Breast milk is always ready and good for the environment.
- It is available wherever and whenever your baby needs it.
- It is always at the right temperature, clean and free.
- No bottles to clean.
- Breastfeeding has no waste, so it is good for the environment.
Why is Breastfeeding Important for You?
Mothers who breastfeed:
- Have a reduced risk of Type 2 Diabetes and certain cancers such as breast cancer
- May find it easier to return to what they weighed before they got pregnant
- Strengthen the bond with their children
The most important factor when it comes to breastfeeding is the money you save when you take the time to nourish your baby and also it helps with your body’s reconditioning itself and helps keep the breast firm as we age.
I think we should take breastfeeding a bit more seriously in this country and we want time off and why do we really need the time when we buy everything to give to our babies from baby formula to Pampers. Going natural makes for a healthier baby and happier mother believe it or not and the milk is free and comes ready made from mommy.
We need to rethink preparing our bodies before, during and after having our children and take the time for our health and most importantly our babies health too and begin to get our body’s conditioned and tip top shape for feeding our baby’s who our responsibility from the time they cry and come into this mean ole world!
More importantly breastfeeding is a love which no formula can ever give to our baby’s!
